She has extensive experience prosecuting applications before the EPO, including oral proceedings during examination and opposition. She is also experienced in strategic portfolio planning and management.
Her clients include large and small biotech companies and technology transfer institutions.
Rebecca spent time as an intern in a large law firm in Washington DC and is a regular visitor to the US.
Rebecca has a degree in biological sciences from the University of Oxford.
Rebecca joined Mewburn Ellis in 2000, qualifying as both a Chartered Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney in 2004. She joined the partnership in 2008.
