Your Rights

You have rights over your personal data which include the right to request; access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, and transfer your personal data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to withdraw consent to processing if you have given it.

What data we collect

We collect personal data including; Identity Data (name, title, gender); Contact Data (address, email, telephone); Financial Data (bank account, payment card); Technical Data (internet protocol address, browser type and versions); Usage Data (how you use our website and services); and Profile and Marketing and Communications Data (services purchased, interests, preferences).

We do not collect any Special Categories of personal data about you (race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences.

How we use your data

We only use your personal data for lawful purposes such as; performing a contract with you, for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) where your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests, or where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

  • Marketing – We may use your personal data to determine which services, events and updates offers are relevant for you (marketing). However at any time, you can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages by using a variety of methods including by contacting us at any time using the Email address above.
