As part of our commitment to providing exceptional services that offer great value and put our clients at the heart of everything we do, we are pleased to announce some significant trade mark service charge reductions for 2024. At Mewburn Ellis, we understand the importance of cost-effectiveness without compromising quality; these reductions recognise our focus on getting this balance right.
Streamlined EUTM Application Filing at Unbeatable Prices
In response to our clients' feedback and in our continuous efforts to make trade mark filing more accessible, we have slashed our EUTM application filing service charges. Clients filing EUTM applications in 1-3 classes can now enjoy a 25% reduction, with the cost decreasing from £650 in 2023 to just £480 in 2024.
German National Application Filing Made More Affordable Than Ever
For those seeking trade mark protection in Germany, we are pleased to announce a 15% decrease in our German application filing service charges. In 2024, filing for 1-3 classes will cost only £345, down from £410 in the previous year.
Comprehensive Reductions To Registration Charges
Our registration service charge has been significantly reduced by 35% across all territories. In 2024, the cost has been lowered from £315 to a budget-friendly £200.
Affordable and Simplified Priority Claim Charges
There is also good news for our clients whose applications include a priority claim as we have implemented a massive 60% reduction in our associated service charge. The service now costs only £50 in 2024, down from £130 in 2023. We have also simplified the process by introducing a single charge, irrespective of the number of priority claims involved.
Global Impact - Equivalent Reductions in Euro and US Dollar Charges
Whilst the savings highlighted above are indicated in GBP, we have also implemented equivalent reductions in our Euro and US Dollar service charges. Please contact us for more details.
Our trade mark team are dedicated to providing top-quality advice and assistance that also offers great value for money. Our 2024 price reductions not only make our services more affordable, but also reinforce our position as the trade mark firm that put clients at the heart of everything we do. We invite you to take advantage of these savings, which came into effect on 1 January 2024, and look forward to continuing to work with you.
