Susie works predominantly with life sciences attorney firms in the US, Japan and Australia, as well as small and large life sciences companies in the US and Europe and technology transfer organisations.
Background
Susie has a biochemistry degree from the University of Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. She trained in the patent department of an international pharmaceutical company in Switzerland from 1986 to 1990, also working for a large firm of patent attorneys in London from 1990 to 1994. She qualified as a Chartered Patent Attorney in 1991 and a European Patent Attorney the following year, joining Mewburn Ellis LLP in 2001. Susie became a Patent Director with the introduction of that role to Mewburn Ellis LLP.
