The remit of Andy’s role as Resourcing and Talent Manager is to deliver and develop a talent acquisition strategy incorporating graduate to lateral hires, employer brand, on-boarding and end-to-end process improvement ensuring Mewburn Ellis continues to attract and retain first-class talent.

Andy graduated with a Masters in Personnel and Development in 2011 and joined Mewburn Ellis in 2019.
