We are recruiting for Legal Assistant to join our team in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join one of Europe’s top specialist Intellectual Property firms.
The role
The role will report to the Head of Legal and be joining an experienced and established legal team. The role will be supervised by an experienced Legal Assistant and will be supported to deliver and develop with in the role.
In this position you will enhance the overall capability of our Legal department by providing first class legal administration support, specifically with multi-jurisdictional intellectual property formalities and recordal services.

About you
You will be a details-focused person who is well organised and comfortable working with deadlines, and always maintaining accuracy. You will strive for perfection and to be flexible and adaptable, able to switch between competing priorities. You will possess a calm methodical approach and a high customer service ethic.
A CITMA or CIPA qualification and/or some experience in the legal sector, in particular with respect to IP formalities and administration and of managing client portfolios and liaising with clients is desirable but not essential for the role. Full training will be provided.
