Now in its eleventh year, the WTR 1000 shines a spotlight on the firms and individuals that are deemed outstanding from over 80 key jurisdictions globally.

This year we have received positive comments regarding our ongoing growth strategy, with WTR researchers saying “Mewburn Ellis has increased its bandwidth in dispute resolution; promoted up-and-comers such as Rebecca Anderson-Smith ... invested in its Munich office; and launched a new case management system, allowing for greater flexibility”.

Sofia Arenal, who became a Trade Mark Director in 2019, also received recognition as a 'cultured all-rounder' and for her 'blended portfolio development, administrative litigation expertise and transactional nous'.
